It’s been said before that an unhappy customer is much more likely to leave a review than a satisfied one!
A with that in mind we have always made and effort to ensure that unhappy customers are few and far between.
Of course, anyone who deals with the general public is going to experience an unsatisfied client every now and again. It’s impossible to please all the people all the time after all. Here at 3B, we have always made it a real focus of ours to ensure we do all we can to give our customers the best experience when renting from us.
These days it’s become really important to encourage your customers to leave a review online as so many of us choose to look at the opinions and experiences of others before we choose where to spend our money. It’s of vital importance to someone like us as a rental company that potential clients can see what others think of us. We compete with some big-name multinational organisations so we have to make sure we offer quality vehicles at the right price, with service that is top-notch, otherwise we would struggle to compete.
With this in mind, we have put a big emphasis on happy customers from day one and that philosophy has stood us in good stead.
In particular we always drum it into our staff about the importance of clean vehicles to enhance the customer experience. This is a sample of the recent Google reviews we have received in response:
“vehicle virtually new and clean”
“a great hire experience, clean car, in good condition”
“spotless, brand new car – what else do you need”
“the car was spotlessly clean”
“good vehicles and always clean and serviced”
“car was incredibly clean”
It gives us immense pride to receive such kind words from our customers and really does focus us on continuing to strive for excellence.
This valuable feedback, good or bad, helps us to improve our offering as well. In fact, I would say online reviews are one of the best forms of communication we have with our customers. As a result, it’s always going to be at the heart of everything we do.
Like I say, you can’t please everyone all of the time – but we can certainly try!
