Its been a crazy few years for us in vehicle rental.
Sure, we have all had our lives turned upside down but the global pandemic and the effects of leaving the European Union have meant subtle differences to many of our businesses.
But vehicle rental has had a number of additional factors to deal with over that period that has meant many of our local competitors (and friends) have either had to diversify or have left the market altogether.
On top of the more well known issues of staff shortages, the financial pressures of losing trade during the pandemic, energy prices and the rising cost of finance, our sector has had to face semiconductor shortages meaning almost non-existent vehicle supply and rising costs of the vehicle’s when you can get hold of them.
It has meant we have had to be cautious when looking at our future plans. As a result, instead of opening the traditional new branches, we have launched a delivery and collection service instead.
It means we an supply cars and vans to businesses and retail customers alike in areas such as Oxford, Didcot, Bicester and similar.
With our ever growing (despite the above pressures) fleet of new and nearly new cars, vans, minibuses and people carriers, we believe we can offer a quality product but at a competitive price. We even hire electric vans!
Our rates for delivery are comparatively low and if you are in any of the areas above than our Long Crendon and Aylesbury branches are not too far away in any case.
