Saturday 10th September – save the date!
After months of hard work by all involved, our new community EV Hire Club will be launching at the Thame Drive Electric event next month.
We already have one car based at the Barnes Centre Thame, with its own dedicated charging space. This will go live to all members in the days after the TDE event on 10th September in Thame town centre. A second car is planned to follow and will be based at the Haddenham village hall site shortly after.
The idea is simple. Car’s based in the places where people need them, available to rent by the hour at short notice. Electric included, cheap and with no monthly subscriptions’. Simply pay as you use. A low cost alternative to public transport, taxi’s and more importantly – owning that second family car!
This community scheme is the result of the hard work of a lot of people. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all at Thame Green Living, Zero Carbon Haddenham, Thame Barnes Centre, Haddenham Village Hall, Hiyacar & 3B Vehicle Hire for making this possible.
