3B Vehicle Hire Complaints Procedure

We at 3B pride ourselves on a high standard of service to our customers, and strongly believe in our duty of care towards everyone who does business with us so they have a safe and happy experience. Should a customer have any complaints we’d like to hear about it via email, phone, or by post.

 

If a customer wishes to make a complaint, it can be sent to Ross Batting (Managing Director) at the following address:

We aim to respond to any complaint within 3 working days and resolve it as quickly as possible with the customer to both party’s satisfaction.

We are members of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA). If a conclusion cannot be met or the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome, they can contact Trading Standards or the BVRLA Conciliation Service as an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution service at www.bvrla.co.uk or complaint@bvrla.co.uk.
